The $499 package

Up to 7 days, 2 tons of accepted mixed debris, and one delivery and pickup inside the confirmed core zone. Taxes, where applicable, are additional. The final quote must list every charge before booking.

Extra weight and extra time

Additional weight: $95 per ton above 2 tons, prorated from the disposal ticket to 0.01 ton. Additional rental time: $20 per day, only after availability is confirmed. No early-pickup refund is assumed.

Delivery and access

No separate fuel charge inside the agreed core zone. Outlying ZIPs receive a written delivery surcharge before booking. A customer-caused failed trip is $125. If we cause the failure, that charge does not apply.

Heavy or special material

Concrete, dirt, tile, masonry, roofing and other dense loads need a separate plan. Never load a 20-yard can to the top with heavy debris. Tires, mattresses and appliances require approval and a written item price; do not assume acceptance.

Overfill and cancellations

An overfilled or unsafe container cannot be hauled. Customer correction is required; a return trip may cost $125. Cancellation policy: free before dispatch, $125 after dispatch, subject to final terms. There is no fee that makes an unsafe load acceptable.
